About Us

Since Wordpress banned sponsored templates from its website, people have been looking at alternative sources of good templates. What is a sponsored template you might ask? Well quite simply, it is a template with a link to the designer's and often the sponsor's website. So instead of paying for a template, you agree to keep the links intact. After all, most designers wouldn't want to waste hours (or days, or weeks!) creating templates otherwise. So with the banning of sponsored templates over at Wordpress' official site, we decided to create this website. Sponsored Templates is the answer to the woes of designers who're looking for a new place to distribute their templates and to the woes of bloggers who're looking for these very templates.
